Immigration Quebec opens Arrima portal
Immigration Quebec has opened the Arrima portal. Starting today, applicants under the Quebec Skilled Worker program can submit their Expression of Interest.
With the opening of the Arrima portal, Immigration Quebec has ended its "first in, first out" system, and will now select candidates based on criteria, such as a candidate's language skills, education, work experience and ability to adapt to the Quebec labour market. Once selected, a candidate will be invited to submit a complete CSQ application.
