2018 IEC Season Closing on Monday, October 1, 2018

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has announced that it will be issuing a final round of invitations for those wanting to participate in the International Experience Canada (IEC) program in 2018.

IRCC will issue the final round of invitations for all remaining IEC pools on Monday, October 1, 2018. Therefore, if you would like to participate in the IEC program this year, you must submit an IEC profile before 9:00 am EST on October 1, 2018 for a chance to receive an invitation. You can create and submit an IEC profile via the following link:

There is no fee to submit an IEC profile so you have nothing to lose!

Following this final round of invitations, IRCC will not be issuing any more invitations for the 2018 IEC season. However, we anticipate that the IEC pools for the 2019 IEC season will open in November 2018.

If you would like to participate in the 2019 IEC season and your country of citizenship is subject to quotas (e.g. the United Kingdom), you should be prepared to submit an IEC profile as soon as the 2019 IEC season commences.
