Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (Immigration Canada) business immigration program is designed for those who have self-employed or management experience. 

Immigration Canada currently has two programs available: the Self-Employed program and the Start-up Visa program.

Immigration Canada closed their investor and entrepreneur programs in 2014. However, the Ministère de l’immigration, de la diversité et de l’inclusion (Immigration Quebec) still operates its Entrepreneur, investor and Self-Employed programs, albeit in a very limited capacity.
