Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada issued 3,750 invitations to apply (ITAs) for Canadian permanent residence under the Express Entry System today. The lowest score to receive an ITA today was 442 which is nine points lower than the last draw.

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada issued 3,750 invitations to apply (ITAs) for Canadian permanent residence under the Express Entry System today. The lowest score to receive an ITA today was 451 which is 11 points higher than the last non-program specific draw. 

Express Entry Draw - May 30, 2018

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada issued 500 invitations to apply (ITAs) for Canadian permanent residence under the Federal Skilled Trades Program and a further 200 ITAs for Canadian permanent residence under the Provincial Nominee Program today. The lowest score to receive an ITA under the Federal Skilled Trade Program today was 288 and the lowest score to receive an ITA under the Provincial Nominee Program today was 902. 

Canada to Lift Visa Requirement for UAE Citizens

The Government of Canada announced today that citizens of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will no longer require a temporary resident visa (commonly referred to as a visitor visa) to enter Canada from 5:30 a.m. EST / 1:30 p.m. GST on June 5, 2018 (next week!).
